I have an Instructors License issued by the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy. I am approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider. When Massage Therapist attend a Pampered Feet and Reflexology Workshop I present, they receive Continuing Education Units (CEU's) both on the state and national level. 
A Little About Paula
During the years I have had my Reflexology business, it has been a pleasure to introduce its relaxation benefits to others. If someone is unfamiliar with Reflexology, they might anticipate receiving a foot massage, but it is much more. It is a specific pressure technique which works precise points on the feet or hands.
The feed back I receive from clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my business. A client might call and make an appointment because they realize they need a break. Others call because they have received a gift certificate for Pampered Feet and Reflexology or a Reflexology session. I hear numerous responses from first time clients. Some of the comments I have received: "I am astonished at how calm and relaxed I feel," "I never realized Reflexology could be such a stress reliever," "I needed this intermission," "I plan to tell others about Reflexology." Word of mouth is how my business has grown through the years and I think it is because people are beginning to realize the benefits of the session and want to share in the Relaxation Benefits with others.
Certification:
I received my certification from the International Institute of Reflexology which teaches the original Ingham method. Since 1996 I have been licensed by the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy.
